Es werden die aktuelle Anzahl an unfallfreien Tagen und die l\u00e4ngste unfallfreie Zeit anzeigt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter wird angespornt, auf Arbeitssicherheit zu achten und gemeinsam ist man bem\u00fcht, besonders sicher zu arbeiten, um einen neuen Rekord f\u00fcr die l\u00e4ngste unfallfreie Zeit zu erreichen. Jeden Tag geht man an der Unfallzahlen-Hinweistafel \u00f6fters vorbei und wird immer wieder daran erinnert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LED-Arbeitsschutzanzeigen wie diese unterst\u00fctzten durch die plakative Darstellung der Unfallstatistik die Arbeitssicherheit und tragen auf diese Weise zur Reduktion der unfallbedingten Fehlzeiten bei. Das Safety-Display in moderner LED-Technik &nbsp;informiert immer aktuell. Sie wurden dem Kundenwunsch entsprechend in der Farbe RAL 7021 (schwarzgrau) pulverbeschichtet. Vorne sch\u00fctzt eine 4 mm dicke, entspiegelte Frontscheibe die Leuchtdioden, diese sitzt mit einer&nbsp;Dichtung im Geh\u00e4use. Ein &nbsp;thermostatgesteuerter L\u00fcfter auf der R\u00fcckseite sorgt im Sommer daf\u00fcr, dass es im Inneren des LED-Displays nicht zu hei\u00df wird. Als LED-Ziffernfarbe wurde die psychologisch positiv behaftete Farbe&nbsp;gr\u00fcn gew\u00e4hlt. Die verwendeten pure-gr\u00fcnen Leuchtdioden von Nichia sind extrem hell. Hervorragende Lesbarkeit ist gew\u00e4hrleistet, egal wie flach die Sonne auf das Display scheint. Ein Lichtsensor&nbsp;regelt&nbsp;die tats\u00e4chliche Helligkeit selbst\u00e4ndig entsprechend der Umgebungshelligkeit, dies geschieht in 256 Stufen.<\/p>\n<h4>Simple Bedienung \u00fcber eine PC-Software<\/h4>\n<p>Die im Lieferumfang enthaltene projektspezifische Software zeigt am PC-Monitor 1:1 das jeweilige LED-Display an. Die Bedienung der Unfallzahlen-Hinweistafel ist somit entsprechend einfach. Nach Eingabe der Daten \u00e4ndern sich auf der LED-Anzeigetafel die Zahl der unfallfreien Tage automatisch t\u00e4glich um Mitternacht.<\/p>\n<h5>Seit \u00fcber 2 Jahrzehnten produziert ACT Safety-Displays<\/h5>\n<p>ACT produziert seit \u00fcber zwei Jahrzehnten LED-Displays f\u00fcr industrielle Anwendungen.
